About The Book

"The Big Thinking of a Small Knight" is a heartwarming story about a young boy who imagines himself as a knight in shining armor, eager to save the day in his village. As William tackles various challenges, he realizes that some problems are too big to solve alone. William soon learns that true wisdom lies in teaching others how to solve problems themselves.

This story embodies the principles of continuous improvement by showing that while individual efforts are valuable, long-term success comes from empowering others to think critically and collaborate. By empowering others, William transforms from a brave knight into a wise leader, highlighting the importance of teamwork, learning, and growing together. Through William’s journey, young readers learn that solving problems is not just about heroics, it's about helping others develop the skills to face challenges and improve as a community.

I wrote this book to inspire a new way of thinking about leadership, one where leaders don’t have to do everything themselves but instead trust, empower, and uplift those around them. Too often, we tell stories where the hero must face every challenge alone. But true leadership isn’t about carrying the weight of the world, it’s about giving others the confidence and skills to succeed together.

Through simple tales like this, I hope to plant the seeds of leadership in young minds, showing that real strength comes from empathy, happiness, and courage. When we lead with these values, we don’t just solve problems, we create communities of capable, confident people who can rise to any challenge.
